Hotel Introduction

The ultra-modern Mine Hotel is situated in the appropriately bohemian Palermo Soho area, which puts guests right in the centre of exciting arts and entertainment options. The 20 individually appointed guestrooms are decked out in wood and rattan textures, while a backdrop of white hues are enlivened with vivid colours and Asian accents. Among the luxuries that come standard in each room are wireless Internet access, a DVD player, and accompanying library; many rooms also feature a flat-screen television and Jacuzzi to help guests truly melt away stress. 
 
Dining
Fabulous breakfasts, lunches, and dinners can be had at Mine Bistro, a café that specializes in salads and sandwiches, as well as more complex dishes and desserts. Afternoon tea is a lovely diversion at the Bistro, and the large collection of Argentinean wines is a particular draw for guests at the beginning or end of an evening.

Spa
Mine Hotel has a decadent heated swimming pool that’s nestled in the delightful garden, producing the ideal surroundings for a lively conversation or peaceful solo time. The pool also features a barbecue corner where revelers can sample Argentina’s famous asado. In addition, massages are available for guests upon request.

Mine Hotel is the result of a long-held dream that began when owners Marcelo and Paula Kohen were vacationing in St. Barths. Pleased by their small, design-heavy hotel, they decided to one day open their own hotel. After studying other, similar establishments all over the world, they launched Mine in the same neighbourhood where Marcelo grew up.
