Reservation Policies

Guarantee Policy:

We do not ask for deposits, only credit card number with expiry date as guarantee except for reservations between 26th December and 5th January - we require a 3 nights deposit, payable on our bank account or by credit card at least 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancel Policy:

All reservation must be cancelled 28 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties :until 2 weeks prior to arrival - 30% of total amount until 3 days prior to arrival - 50% of total amount after 3 days prior to arrival - 80% of total amount.
