Hotel Introduction

Tranquil and fresh, Dukes Hotel provides a thoroughly English setting for sophisticated travellers. New owner CampbellGray recently treated Dukes to an extensive facelift, courtesy of the design team responsible for the chic One Aldwych in London and Carlisle Bay in Antigua. And the new design comes with the same award-winning service that guests have come to expect.

The celebrated bar at Dukes—famous for its skilful martinis—along with the hotel’s Dining Room provide magnificent cuisine and beverages for guests, while the spa and gym offer numerous ways to unwind after a hectic day.

The 90 rooms and suites have each received the royal treatment as well, upgrading the luxury as well as the technology. The rooms feature upscale fabrics and furnishings, beautiful lighting designs, plush carpets, and all of the high-tech essentials that modern travellers demand to stay in touch and entertained.

Dining
The Dining Room presents traditional English dishes that are prepared with a simple, classic technique. Its expansive wine collection offers the perfect pairing for every plate. Before or after dinner, head to Dukes Bar for what many consider to be the best martini in the city, along with an impressive list of other cocktails, wines, and liqueurs. For breakfast, a lovely afternoon tea, or a light meal throughout the day, the Drawing Room and Conservatory delivers tasty fare in a relaxed space that overlooks a Zen garden.

Spa
Staying fit while on holiday is a breeze with the fully-equipped gym at Dukes. After you work up a sweat on the machines, step into the marble steam room for a relaxing end to your session or take advantage of a hydro-shower for instant energy. The onsite beauty rooms offer an array of treatments, all of which use upscale Dermalogica products.

Hotel Features
The Health Club at Dukes offers the services of some of the most in-demand personal trainers in the city. In a one-hour session, learn about optimizing your fitness, muscle tone, and healthy posture.

Meetings
All three of the meeting rooms at Dukes have been renovated recently, resulting in thoroughly modern, elegant facilities for social and professional events. The Montrose hosts up to 14 people, the Marlborough holds up to 120 guests, and the Sheridan accommodates up to 20 attendees.

Location
The hotel is ideally located for London's top attractions - finest restaurants, most fashionable shops, exciting galleries and famous theatres. Transport to London Heathrow (16.4 miles), London Gatwick (33.2 miles) and London City Airport (9.5 miles) can be arranged by the hotel. Valet parking is available for £55 per day.
