Hotel Introduction
Combining the best of old-world charm and a unique contemporary ambience that attracts sophisticated travellers from all over the world, the Intercontinental London Park Lane offers a prime location and all of the luxuries guests expect from a hotel that was once a royal residence.

The list of impressive amenities begins with a modern fitness centre and onsite spa—featuring the UK’s first double VIP treatment suite. The dining options are equally grand, with five restaurants and lounges that serve innovative yet “unfussy” food and beverages in inviting atmospheres.

The guestrooms and suites are decorated in soothing earthy colours reminiscent of the bedrooms in stately manors. The latest business and entertainment technology—including satellite television, CD and DVD players, work stations, in-room movies and games, and printers—is available in every room. For the ultimate in luxury, one of the 60 well-appointed suites surrounds you in silk and satin, while butler service and a walk-in rain shower with eight jets pamper your body.

Dining
Theo Randall at the Intercontinental approaches gourmet cuisine with a simple, elegant attitude. The extraordinary menu changes daily to ensure that only the freshest seasonal products make it into the dishes. The Cookbook Café is a casual eatery with a delightful daily specials served in a bright, airy interior. The Lobby Lounge brings in handmade treats from chocolatier Melt and a huge assortment of teas from Tea Palace. The Lobby Bar and the bar at Theo Randall’s are great places to unwind and sip a cocktail or local microbrew.

Spa
The Fitness Suite, located on the first floor of the Intercontinental, provides all of the cardio equipment that exercise enthusiasts need to maintain optimal fitness on the go. The spacious interior leaves lots of room for free weights and stretching as well. Relax with a sauna after your workout, or book a rejuvenating spa treatment at Spa InterContinental.

Hotel Features
In addition to serving scrumptious food, the Cookbook Café was created as a space to help aspiring chefs and sommeliers learn and share the elements of their craft. These artisans take up positions at stations throughout the café, with the benefit of their knowledge ending up on your plate or in your glass.

Meetings
Events of every kind receive personal attention from the dedicated staff of the Intercontinental—not to mention an astounding choice of 16 function spaces that can be customized for large or small gatherings. From wedding receptions with 750 attendees to exclusive business meetings for four, the Intercontinental works with guests to determine which of the flexible spaces is ideal. Features such as floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Park Lane and the Royal Parks, as well as high-tech tools like projectors, cable modems, DVD and VCR players, flip charts, microphones, stage lights, and more guarantee a stylish and successful event.

Location
Set in the heart of London in Mayfair, the hotel is just a stone's throw from Hyde Park and St James's Park, and only a few minutes from Hyde Park Corner tube. This is a great location for reaching London's top attractions, with many buses and tube services operating nearby. London Heathrow (18m) is just 15 minutes away from Hyde Park Corner tube, while London City Airport (9.8m) and London Gatwick (30m) can be easily reached from Hyde Park Corner and Victoria station respectively.
