hotel Introduction
The Capital is an extraordinary blend of seemingly contradictory qualities: a family-run luxury hotel; a boutique experience that caters to royalty, heads of state, and international celebrities; and attentive yet discreet service from the highly trained staff.

A world of options lie within the exclusive atmosphere of the hotel. Dive into world-class cuisine at the legendary Capital Restaurant, relax in the elegant Capital Bar, or host a private dinner or meeting in one of the elegant function rooms. If the delectable food you enjoy gets your creative juices flowing, the hotel offers a long list of master classes designed to make guests experts in everything from chocolate to cocktails.

The 49 rooms and suites convey the attention to detail at which privately-owned hotels excel: handmade mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, refined marble bathrooms, plush bathrobes, and upscale toiletries. Many of the rooms also boast original art on the walls and antique furniture.

A prime destination for gourmet food lovers from around the world, the Capital Restaurant has earned a prestigious two Michelin stars. Head chef Eric Chavot has a devoted following thanks to innovative fusion cuisine such as roasted lobster with chilli and coconut broth. The stylish Capital Bar offers a large selection of cocktails, champagnes, and liquors. The Sitting Room hosts a traditional afternoon tea featuring homemade jams, pastries, delicate sandwiches, and more.
