Hotel Introduction
Though within walking distance of the exciting shops and restaurants of Mayfair and Piccadilly, the Stafford Hotel is a peaceful sanctuary where sophisticated travellers can experience the luxury of a private country house and the convenience of a central location. Warm and inviting, its period furnishings and antiques create a lavish environment as well.

There’s so much to do in London, but guests of the Stafford are treated to exclusive amenities that make it possible to stay right where they are to experience a remarkable holiday. An award-winning kitchen team delivers delicious fare, and a fitness suite allows you to maintain your regime while on the go. It’s no wonder the Stafford was named “Hotel of the Year – Group” at the hospitality industry’s prestigious Catey Awards.

Guests can choose from a variety of individually designed rooms within three distinct sections of the hotel. The Main House features 67 rooms and suites with traditional design elements including striking fabrics and antiques. The Carriage House comprises 12 beautifully restored—and high-tech—rooms and suites in a charming 17th century stable courtyard. The Stafford Mews offers 26 luxury suites designed to establish an elegant, sophisticated mood.

The talented chefs behind the Restaurant deliver modern British cuisine and traditional fare—each dish a treat for discerning diners. Take time for a classic afternoon tea, served in the elegant lounge every day. The unique American Bar, with a décor that incorporates 40 years’ worth of donated items, is known for some of the bets martinis in the city and fabulous burgers.

Stafford Mews houses a state-of-the-art fitness studio with the latest Cybex cardiovascular equipment and multi-gym system to give guests a full-body workout. Guests of the Stafford also receive membership to nearby The Third Space, which offers additional equipment, as well as a swimming pool.

Hotel Features
Guests have access to the 380-year-old wine cellars located beneath the Stafford. This exclusive venue houses an impressive collection of vintages and makes a distinctive backdrop for private dinners or wine tastings under the guidance of the hotel’s master sommelier.

The four private dining rooms, decorated with stately late Victorian marble fireplaces, original cornices, and panelling, host elegant business or social dinners for four up to 40 guests in exquisite style. These flexible spaces can also host receptions or corporate functions with ease, and the experienced events team at the Stafford can handle all of the details, whether you’re planning a wedding reception or a product launch.

The Stafford Hotel is strategically located for exploring some of London’s most noteworthy addresses. From the exclusive boutiques in Burlington Arcade and Jermyn Street to the fabulous Fortnum and Mason, all of which are a short stroll away. By taxi you'll find the world famous Harrods & Harvey Nichols in the Knightsbridge direction with the stylish designer boutiques on Sloane Street. Alternatively, head towards Regent Street and Oxford Street where you'll find the fashionable Liberty's and Selfridges.
