Hotel Introduction
Once a Victorian banking hall, Threadneedles is now a luxury boutique hotel that provides a truly unique experience for discriminating guests. The hotel includes classic details such as walnut walls and sleek marble floors, as well as even more exceptional finishes, including a 19th century stained glass dome and oriental carpets so beautiful that they’re works of art in their own right.

Threadneedles was voted by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the top 50 hotels in the world not only for its posh décor, but also for its service and amenities. The hotel restaurant, Bonds, is shining example of innovative cuisine, while Threadneedles’ breakfasts were voted best in the city. The meeting facilities are also a highlight of the hotel.

The 70 spacious rooms and suites are dedicated to comfort and luxury. Guests can indulge in a limestone bathtub, upscale toiletries, and Frette Egyptian cotton bed linens. Rooms also come equipped with modern essentials such as an iPod docking station with radio and alarm clock, a music library, and a plasma TV in the bedroom and bathroom.

Dining
Since the debut of Bonds Restaurant & Bar, chef Barry Tonks has earned outstanding Zagat reviews and a loyal following of gourmands. The menus offer a refreshing blend of classic and original French dishes, all created from locally-sourced ingredients. The relaxing yet vibrant ambience is a refreshing change from typical big-city dining. Start your day off right with the best breakfast in London (CityAM 2007). Choose from a Full Continental, Power Breakfast, or American Breakfast.

Hotel Features
Threadneedles’ delightful sausage is part of the reason people come back for breakfast again and again. The hotel’s exclusive sausage supplier makes sausages according to Threadneedles’ own unique recipe, using three special cuts of pork with very little fat. Delicious and health-conscious—what’s not to love?

Meetings
Threadneedles provides several function spaces for professional and social gatherings. The interconnecting Sterling & Capital Rooms are ideal choices for larger meetings, and technical tools including an LCD projector with fixed projector screen, plasma screen, VCR & DVD players, surround sound audio system, and video conferencing availability will make any corporate affair a success. Traders features a round table to stimulate productive discussion, while its background audio and lighting systems set a positive mood. Bonds Restaurant is also an elegant venue for up to 200 reception guests.
