Reservation Policies

Guarantee Policy:One night deposit for stays up to three nights. Thirty percent of full stay for stays more than three nights. Deposit is charged to credit card at time of booking.

Cancel Policy: Eight days prior to arrival. If a cancellation occurs less than eight days 50pct of stay will be kept. If a cancellation occurs less than 2 days prior to arrival, total stay will be kept.
