Hotel Introduction

An 18th-century mansion that’s stood witness to untold chapters in history, the Hôtel de Sers surrounds guests with charm, a sense of tradition, and the kind of attention and service that only a small hotel can deliver. Adding just the right touch of sophistication and nobility is the fascinating ancestral portrait gallery lining one long hall.

The hotel is in the desirable area near the Champs Elysées, providing a wealth of diversions. However, the on-site amenities are compelling as well: a restaurant with a striking courtyard garden, refined lounge, fitness facilities, sauna and Turkish bath, and in-room spa treatments.

The 52 sumptuous rooms and suites at the Hôtel de Sers feature upscale yet superbly comfortable details such as hardwood floors, rosewood furniture, and Italian marble bathrooms. The rooms also provide everything a technology lover could desire: a Bang & Olufsen television, DVD and CD players, and ADSL Internet access. The Apartment Suite is a perfect home-away-from-home for the most discerning travellers and includes an American-style kitchen and two terraces.

Dining
The decadent restaurant is a thrill for the eyes, as well as the stomach. It offers guests several different spaces in which to dine, depending on their preferences and the time of year. Business lunches feel right at home in the dining room with marble accents, the winter garden is an elegant option for a special meal, and the patio provides a peaceful, romantic spot to linger during warmer months. S’Bar is a hip lounge with intriguing touches such as a red-and-ivory colour scheme, cosy armchairs, and a centrepiece bar with a mirror that changes colours every few seconds. A line-up of 12 unique cocktails takes centre stage at S’Bar.

Spa
The hotel’s small but well-stocked fitness facility includes several different types of cardiovascular equipment for guests who want to stick to their regime while away from home. When it’s time to relax, step into the luxurious hammam and sauna or request a massage or other spa service in the comfort of your room.

Hotel Features
The Hôtel de Sers is the latest incarnation of the stunning, though highly functional, residence originally commissioned by the Marquis de Sers. In the early 20th century, the building housed a medical facility. It debuted as a hotel in the 1930s, when the building was lifted up onto four additional floors and attached to a six-story building overlooking the courtyard.

Meetings
Two dedicated function spaces—the Marquis Salon and the Baccarat Hall d’Honneur—provide delightful venues for a professional or social engagement. Accommodating parties of up to 30 guests, the rooms offer the beauty of natural lighting and high-tech essentials such as projection equipment.

Location
Between Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe, the famous tree-lined thoroughfare of Champs Elysees is the ideal location of the Hotel de Sers, conveniently placed to reach many of the City’s most famous attractions.

2.6 miles from Gare du Nord, Eurostar Station
20.6 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport
15 miles from Orly Airport
Transfers to the hotel can be arranged through the hotel concierge.
