Innovative materials such as concrete floors, burnished brass, and quarry-rough slate appear throughout the hotel, as well as pieces designed exclusively for the Straf by Vincenzo De Cotiis. Other striking details in the public areas include a canvas sheet enclosed within two glass panels and a glass cube that serves as the ceiling for the lounge area.

The 64 rooms and suites are truly unique—modern and minimalist, but also very comfortable and charming. They feature distinctive elements such as artwork created with an iron-gauze effect and glass and mirrors aged by hand. Dining
The Straf Bar is a hip destination for good food and luscious drinks. It serves up an eclectic menu of a la carte items during the day, and supplies delicious cocktails, wines, and liqueurs well into the evening. The exciting and slightly retro ambience includes recycled fibreglass panels and original 1970s furnishings.
