Kuwait is situated at the head of the Arabian Gulf and the undulating desert rising away from the sea. Tourism in Kuwait is relatively undeveloped, although there is an international airport, sea port, public transport, highways but no railway.

Kuwait is predominantly a business destination with a good infrastructure to support this. Most companies are centrally located in the city making it easier to move around & do business.

All nationalities with the exception of GCC nationals require a visa to enter Kuwait, this can be organised by the hotel on receipt of a clear copy of the traveller's passport - the cost of this is 5KD & will be valid for a single entry for up to 3 months.

Kuwait is a Muslim country so conservative dressing is advisable, no alcohol is permitted in the country, foreign nationals found trying to bring alcohol in to Kuwait will have it confiscated immediately.
