Location
Lake Okareka Lodge is a scenic 15-minute drive from Rotorua City and Regional Airport, just under 3 hours from Auckland and 5 hours from Wellington by car. By air it is a forty minute flight from Auckland, approximately one hour from Wellington, and one hour and forty five minutes from Christchurch. The lodge can also be accessed via floatplane or helicopter.

Accommodation
Lake Okareka Lodge is a stylish 657 square metres (7,072 square foot) lake house with three luxury suites, including the expansive Lake Okareka Suite featuring a lounge area, spa bath, private office and walk-in wardrobe. The lodge is booked to only one couple, family or group at a time and can accommodate up to nine guests. All suites are understatedly elegant and spacious with air-conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and showers, complimentary Bvlgari toiletries, private balconies, in-room Internet access and plasma screen TVs. The gated estate features a private jetty and boathouse, private beaches and a helipad and 24 hour butler service. Child minding services can also be arranged.
