Meeting
Equipped with state of the art equipment, Island Shangri-La is an ideal choice for every imaginable function, from the most elaborate gala theme party to a small and intimate corporate meeting.

The Island Ballroom with 19 exquisite Austrian crystal chandeliers and beautiful artwork is one of the most popular ballrooms in Hong Kong. Located on level 5 with direct access from both the hotel’s lobby and Pacific Place, the 645 square-metre venue is a favourite for gala events, fashion shows, conventions, exhibitions, concerts and themed parties. It can be configured into three smaller sections to suit different requirements and has a capacity of 600 guests for dinner, a maximum of 800 guests for theatre seating or over 1,200 for a cocktail reception. The adjoining foyer provides ample space for pre-function cocktails.

In addition, the Atrium Rooms and the two-storey Library on level 39 proffer sweeping views of Victoria Peak and accommodates 120 persons for a banquet or 200 for a reception. Six Business Rooms neighbouring the Atrium Rooms are available for breakout sessions.
