Sitting on the brow of one of Funchal's hills, affording superb 360 degree views of the majestic mountains, Funchal town and the Atlantic Ocean, the Quinta das Vistas Palace Gardens is surrounded by 12.000m2 of lush sub-tropical gardens and centenary trees.
Refurbishment of the manor house was carefully restored and Quinta das Vistas Palace Gardens opened in May 2002. The decor and public areas reflect the luxury of such a center piece and the elegance of bygone areas of Madeira life.
The wide variety of public rooms include a palm court, lounge and reading room, bar with veranda and esplanade, and a gourmet restaurant with enclosed as well as an open veranda and terrace where guests can enjoy the amenable Maderian evenings while being delighted with the Chef's creative dishes.
The swimming pool and spa offer a large indoor pool leading to an outdoor pool and an outdoor pool, jet stream, whirlpool, Steam Bath, sauna, Vichy Bath, sensations shower, relaxation room, treatment rooms, beauty and fitness rooms.
