Hotel Introduction

Nothing can match the New Majestic Hotel when it comes to emanating a hip vibe. This eye-catching boutique hotel, located in the city’s historic Chinatown district, is a feast for the senses and a can’t-miss destination for fashion-forward luxury travelers. Visitors are greeted by an open-air lobby filled with vintage furniture and pieces of art that bear reflection. But that’s only the start of the many discoveries you’ll make in this wholly original hotel.

Though intimate, the New Majestic doesn’t skimp on top amenities that keep guests coming back for more. The gorgeous restaurant is a favourite of tourists and locals alike, and the treehouse-like bar is straight out of a fairy tale. Active guests will enjoy the well-equipped fitness centre, and everyone will want to take a dip in the soothing outdoor swimming pool.

The 30 stunning rooms were individually designed by highly respected Singaporean designers who imbued them with personal touches that make them seem customized just for you. You can choose from themed rooms like the “Flowerchild Cat” with a bed suspended from the ceiling or the “Aquarium Room,” which features a glassed-in bathtub in the middle of the living area. All of the rooms contain luxury bedding, designer toiletries, Internet access, personal CD players, and plasma televisions.

Dining
The Majestic Restaurant is a popular destination for authentic Cantonese cuisine, specializing in mouth-watering dishes like crispy wasabi prawns and Peking duck. To go along with your outstanding meal, select a bottle of wine from a list that encompasses 2,000 bottles. The décor is also a delight, with apple green tones and a show kitchen where diners can take in the action. The hotel’s bar is three levels of fun that’s clearly been inspired by memories of grand childhood treehouses.

Spa
There’s no better way to shake off stress and refresh your body than a swim in the New Majestic’s glamorous outdoor swimming pool. Or spend some time in the impressive gym, where visitors will actually look forward to maintaining their workout routines.

Hotel Features
The bar at the New Majestic is one of the rare establishments in the city licensed to serve absinthe.
