Hotel Introduction

Set against a backdrop of seven Eden-like acres, the Ritz-Carlton Millenia provides a respite from the outside world where guests are pampered like treasured friends. The dramatic building that houses the hotel was designed by international phenomenon Kevin Roche and doesn’t waste any space on décor that’s anything but opulent. Adding to the glamorous feel is the Ritz-Carlton’s 4,200-piece collection of contemporary artwork from the likes of Andy Warhol and Dale Chihuly.

The soaring 32-storey building is located in the middle of the Marina Centre, putting guests within steps of posh boutiques, decadent restaurants, and exciting entertainment options. The selection of leisure pursuits inside the hotel is nothing short of amazing as well: four restaurants and lounges serving upscale cuisine from around the world, a spa that custom-creates programmes for guests, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and an exotic swimming pool surrounded by waterfalls and tropical plants.

The first thing guests notice about the 608 guestrooms is the sheer size—the largest in Singapore. Next are the incredible views of the city skyline and Marina Bay. The décor is blissfully clean yet posh in every detail—from the raised featherbeds to the light wooden finishes. Additional standard amenities include grand marble bathrooms with captivating views from octagonal windows, designer toiletries, plush robes, walk-in closets, LCD televisions with DVD players, and high-speed Internet access.

Dining
The Ritz-Carlton’s signature Summer Pavilion delights taste buds with authentic Cantonese cuisine that blends traditional fare with modern innovation. This elegant restaurant also boasts a lovely selection of teas from the Chinese highlands and a private dining room. Shiraishi is an upscale Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi, sashimi, and kaiseki menus desgined by famed chef Shiraishi Shinji. Greenhouse caters to international appetites with a la carte selections and sumptuous buffets. Chihuly Lounge, named after iconic American glass artist Dale Chihuly, serves everything from morning cappucinos to afternoon tea to evening cocktails.

Spa
The extensive menu at the Fitness Centre & Spa is as inspiring as the results. Everything you would expect—massages, facial and body treatments, and salon services—plus many therapies you’ve never dreamed of are waiting to transport you to another world of pure bliss. Adding to the delicious offerings are hot and cold plunge pools, a large outdoor pool set in a lush environment, Jacuzzi, steam room facilities, a spectacular array of cardio and weight equipment, and personal trainers on hand to aid in your fitness regime.

Hotel Features
It does’t get more impressive than the 2,347-square-foot Ritz-Carlton Suite. Spread out over mutiple bedrooms and gaze at the museum-quality art while listeining to the BOSE sound system and taking in your favourite programme on the large LCD television. Other perks include exclusive butler service, a deep-soaking Jacuzzi tub, and a dining area with separate pantry.
